I hate saying this, I feel guilty and bad every time I say this, but I'm dropping out of college. My current field is computer science, and after three years, I realized this isn't something I want to do every day of my life. Also college is getting extremely expensive and I'm just piling on debt for something I'm no longer interested in. Don't get me wrong, I'm interested in computers and love anything about it, but not computer science itself, and I'm no longer interested in software development (so almost anything related to computers).
And this doesn't have to just be about computers, I'm talking about any career. What are good options when it comes to careers without a college degree? I don't know what else I'd be interested in and I have too much debt already that I don't want to add to. I'm just interested in something that will pay me to live comfortably, like maybe a $40k salary. I will accept anything slightly lower, but not too low. I'm obviously not expecting to get paid quite a bit either.
