I want to create a custom paper watermark at home which can only be seen when held to a bright light source such as the sun etc. As well as allowing me to print on top of it.I heard of transparentising fluid but I am not sure where to buy it.(UK based) via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2hunKP9
