Hello!! Our fridge broke down yesterday so we bought a chest freezer to tide us over until our new fridge gets delivered (Friday!!).
With that said, we had to freeze some produce items such as green leaf lettuce and celery. Not sure what I can do with them other then soup? Google recipes aren't the best when it comes to lettuce soup... so wondering if anyone had experiences making soup with lettuce and celery. I've never made a soup before so kind of lost! haha.
