I'm about to move somewhere that doesn't have a kitchen. I do have a toaster oven, hot plate, and slow cooker though. I've had the slow cooker for quite a while and love it, so I'm not really looking for help with that, but any great recipes would be nice. What are things I should know about cooking with a toaster oven or hot plate that make them different from their conventional counterparts and any tips on how to best use them?
Any budget-minded recipes that are best suited for this kitchen situation would also be very appreciated.
