Back in 2010 I did an online schooling program for Anthem College Online (HUGE MISTAKE) Two of the people there sent me emails stating that their credits will transfer to any school in the country. Well 6 month into the program I found out that their credits were effectively worthless. I called the school to cancel my programs and they took their sweet time doing so.
I have attempted multiple avenues to get this student loan completely forgiven. Currently my loans are now under control of EdFinancial. Multiple calls over the years including letters have gotten nowhere.
Well the school closed down sometime in the last couple years. I still have the saved emails from the school staff where they blatantly lied about their accreditation and the transferring of credits. What can I do to get this loan completely forgiven and the money I paid on it back?
