I need advice and this seems like the place. My teenage son and I take packed lunches during the week. I've been using the same lunch box containers, EasylunchBoxes, for the last four years and because of wear and tear I need to replace them. They have been okay, but there are so many more options on the market now I'm lost. What do you use and what do you like/hate about it.
What I liked about what I have been using: - easy to clean - dishwasher safe - there are not a million parts to keep up with
What I hated about them: - Leaks! Simple things like the little bit of water from washing carrots or grapes would leak from the small compartment into the sandwich area and make it soggy.
We use thermos containers for my son's hot meals, to add variety to his lunches, since he does not have access to a microwave. We've gotten that part down to a science, so we only need to replace our containers for cold or room temperature lunches.
