There was water constantly flowing through the commode. While trying to fix it, I adjusted fill height and flapper chain. I was not able to fix the original issue. Now, fill valve seems to keep working every 10-15 mins. I can’t recall if this was happening before I made an attempt to fix it Or if I broke something. Chain is too long, but I can’t figure out what should be appropriate length. Also, what should be ideal height for floating cup.
