I am an old optimum customer for 2 years, paying a hell of a lot.
They just offered a new promo for NEW customers that is about 20% cheaper and includes more stuff.
Anyone here knows how I can snatch this promo as quickly as possible (I can't wait a few months to be considered "new customer")? I called them (which was probably a mistake) and they shut me down, saying it was only for new customers, and tried to offer me different promos that would cost more than what I'm already paying.
