My computer got hacked july 26, the attack was localized to my paypal account, the hacker tried to give money to himself using my paypal account. I got a notification of charges to my account immediately and went home and reported all charges as fraudulent. Paypal however refuses to cancel 3 of the payments, 2 of them amount to 630 dollars, and one of the which idk if it is canceled is 1200 euros. I spoke to them, made disputes, and even emailed them and I am getting ignored, what do I do ?
My bank canceled my checking and credit account that were linked with paypal since I also reported these frauds to my bank, PayPal is limiting my account cause it is at negative balance, but I cant do anything about it since my accounts are closed because they have been reported as stolen.
Paypal also wants me to verify its me by putting in bank info and stuff of that sort. But if I do that then I am just going to get charged the money for the fraud charges, the guy who took my money even went as far as to make a fake website that he is using as his apparent business and is trying to dispute my dispute
