I just checked my credit score earlier and there is an open education loan of $1114.00 from Navient. This account shows five months of payments and then no payments.
As well as an closed account for an unsecured loan for $96 from University of Phoenix with remarks as "Charged off account".
Along with that, there is an address listed to my name that I have never resided. I haven't resided in my home state since 2012.
I am active duty military and there is no need for me to take out a student loan because of Tuition Assistance. I have never attended and institutions of higher education since entering the service.
Could anyone guide on the right track to resolve this issue while I am currently deployed overseas?
