So I(degree in chemistry) have recently started working in the chem field. It took me about a month to get an entry level job in my area $17/hr which was the minimum pay I was looking for. However, recently I've started getting offers above this pay. I'm just wondering how to balance increasing my wage while also keeping job switching a minimum. I don't want my resume to make me appear as a flake but I also would like as many raises as I can get.
