I don't think I've ever seen a REIT article near the top in this subreddit.
REITs aren't as sexy or fun as many stocks we hear about in the news, but I think they should be a portion of every investor's portfolio. I personally try and have about 10% of my Roth IRA in REITs, specifically VNQ.
Anyone else have similar feelings? Anyone categorically opposed to REITs?
