I have an grease stain on my concrete patio from where my grill leaked on it. I'm now trying to prep my patio for painting. I have used full strength degreaser and scrubbed as well as a TSP & DE mix and let that sit to try and remove the stain. I've done both of these at least 3 times each. I'm wanting to paint the concrete patio with this : http://ift.tt/2vAfIt8 do I tell if the grease stain is gone enough to accept paint. It looks a lot better than it did, but I don't want to paint over it and it just peel off quickly. It does accept water, and doesn't repel it like oil would.
