This is not a hail corporate, because I have nothing to do with the company, but Petco has consistently been the most frugal place for dog and cat food, because of clearance prices. They always have cans of cat and dog food for under a dollar, and I got bags of Instinct dog food today for 6.00. It it's a risk to change dry dog foods, but you can mix the old brand with the new to reduce that risk. I have two big dogs, both hearty eaters, and it would otherwise cost me 4.00/day for canned food. My cats eat canned food too, so it's much cheaper for me if I buy it on clearance.
