I was wondering what are some common things someone who has no experience in remodeling or anything of the sort, might over look as a potential obstacle, pricing, etc.A little background of my situation...I am a sophomore in college who is moving back from dorms to stay with parents because I can no longer afford it. I currently share a room with a younger sibling.I'm am wanting to turn an old storage room that my family never uses into a bedroom for me.It has terrible floors, no insulation, no A.C... it use to be where we kept our dog and it often used bathroom in there ahwel.
