I've been using Amazon's subscribe and save for several years and love the service. However, I've been disappointed in the product offerings lately and have noticed price increases on some of the products. I only buy the products for myself (my husband has his own account and subscriptions) so the bulk quantities last a long time.
I've also been using coupons and rebates recently as well. While you can get some good deals, it's A LOT of work. Sometimes I feel the deals aren't worth it because of time. I've stockpiled a few things in the past four months by using coupons, rebates, Target Cartwheel and gift card sales. I haven't had to buy shampoo, soap, shaving cream, and a few other items for almost 5 months. It's been great.
I also have several Target subscriptions as well for some products that aren't on Subscribe and Save. I really like the Target subscriptions because you can get the product right then with the discount and don't have to wait like on Amazon.
I feel like I've been spending more money buy couponing and going to the store than by ordering something online.
Any thoughts on this?
