Recently purchased a few sets of these shelves at Target. I've worked at 5 different restaurants and every single one had shelves nearly identical to these. From 100 lbs of food being loaded and unloaded every week, to employees climbing onto or sleeping on the shelves, I've seen these things take a beating and hardly budge. Not only are they incredibly durable, they are fairly cheap, easy to assemble, and extremely light weight for their size.
