Hello everyone. It's been a while since I have done in-depth valuation of companies. Starting from the next year, it looks like I'll be doing a lot of equity research and as a preparation I'd like to refresh and sharpen my valuation skills. Could anyone recommend good valuation exercises (relative valuation, precedent transactions, DCF, IRR, real options... anything would do) with answers and step-by-step explanations? I am familiar with these methods and have used them in the past. I just require some practice to make sure I feel confident about my ability to build detailed valuations models in Excel and that I don't make any careless mistakes in the process.
Thanks a lot!
