The ceos where im investing or planning to invest are anywhere from 65-80 years old. One of the companies (directors) actually initiated I think 10 million $ in additional shares to incentive him from not leaving. To conclude, do you think losing a successful CEO is like loosing Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees or will it be easy to find someone to fill the shoes ? Thanks
