Currently one of Vanguard's largest funds - but why?
When compared to other large cap stocks:
VTSAX | VWUSX | VIGAX | VMRGX | |
---|---|---|---|---|
YTD | 8.99% | 15.93% | 14.75% | 14.90% |
1-Year | 18.47% | 18.93% | 20.14% | 20.70% |
Top 10 % of total net assets | 16.40% | 33.30% | 29.90% | 27.10% |
Expense Ratios | 0.04% | 0.46% | 0.06% | 0.38% |
Why should one stick to VTSAX and not make the switch to VIGAX which has a similar Expense Ratio? Especially if all funds are held in an IRA? Large growth stocks are doing really well at the moment. Someone help me see the light please and thanks!
