We want to sell the condo in China but we can't transfer the money over to the U.S.

My parents still own a condo in China, the real estate is going up like crazy there and they want to sell the condo and pay off the mortgage here in the U.S. But the problem is - it is impossible to move that much money over to the U.S. because the Banks in China don't let you exchange that much money into U.S. dollars (about 150k U.S. dollars) - So I have heard. I am just wondering if anyone knows there is a way to move that much money at all? Much appreciated!
