I'm moving to a new apartment where all utilities besides electricity (I will be billed directly from the utility company) are managed by an outside company. They have already let me know that there is a $5 "monthly account management" fee. Does anyone have any tips or experiences in dealing with a situation like this? My internet is also a flat rate with my apartment company at a set package of $80.
