I buy several pairs of sunglasses per year because they always break. Either one of the "arms" snaps off or the frame fractures in one place around the lenses. I've not had issue with the lenses themselves. When not wearing them, I put them either in a hard glasses case or in my cars overhead glasses storage compartment so I don't believe it's from abuse. I typically get an $8 - $16 pair from Kohls like Dockers or whatever other brand they carry.
Are there sunglasses that won't break? I'd pay more for a couple pairs with excellent durability, but I'm not interested in paying a whole lot just for brand/marketing.
