Option 1: Las Vegas, $67.2k salary plus relocation assistance, cost of living increases, and about $8k in benefits (5% matching 401k, insurance paid for, education and medical stipend ). Office job very similar to what I was doing a year ago.
Option 2: Los Angeles, $66k salary, no relocation assistance, no pay increases, no benefits beyond 3% matching 401k. But this is an area of work I'm more excited about and get to work from home.
We have no kids or debt, but husband is just getting his business going. I can't make up my mind and i have to decide today!
