Due to being depressed af, I have quit my job and with it, my residence permit for the country I'm currently in has expired. I have accumulated a full household, and I need to reduce my life to a suitcase. I am not ready to let go of my possessions, even though circumstances are forcing me to. I have imbued them with a lot of my sense of safety and security and that i have made it ok in life. it will be wasteful to leave behind and then replace items. I have read about choosing what sparks joy but IT ALL SPARKS JOY YOU WILL PRY MY HOARD FROM MY COLD DEAD FINGERS lol you get the picture.
Any resources, advice, perspective, etc. is welcome [other than advice about shipping things--trust me, I have researched my options, and i will have to leave things behind :(] Thank.
Edit: maybe I should say that obvious items like things that are old, broken, easy to sell, etc. have already been eliminated.
