I have a terrible impulse spending habit.

Just today I spent $98 (and overpaid on a product I could've gotten $25 cheaper) on a whim. I didn't budget, I didn't do anything. I'm in a manic state and I just felt invincible and that money is nothing but immediately when I got home and checked my bank account I'm feeling extremely depressed and I can't take back the most expensive product since it's a vape pen and I had to hit out of it before leaving, so I can't refund it. I spent $72 there, and $25 on a wax pen for a festival (That one I actually budgeted for). But notice how these aren't things I NEED.

How do you guys control impulse buying? My original plan was leaving all my money in savings and withdrawing only what I need, but since I'm limited to 5 withdraws a month that's just not feasible and I get hit with fees. "Just don't buy it" won't help.

Not sure if this is the best place, but since it's frugal and people are stringent with money here I figured it'd be better since you guys actually know how to manage money. I'm usually frugal, but I get this mindset that I "earned" splurging on myself because I'm really happy when I buy new things, but then it slowly fades away and I feel extreme guilt /:
