Alright I'll try and get this need to know out of the way

I will be 22 in a few months

The trust was set up by my Jewish grandfather. From what I was told by my father, I'm now allowed to know anything about it. I'm not allowed to know how it's being invested, I'm not allowed to know if money has being taken out of it, I don't know anything until I turn 25. A few years ago I was attending school and was given a $3k check every semester from my trust, but recently in a discussion about me trying to go back, my father lost his shit claiming "There's nothing left, you can't go back to school". After losing my own shit, he then clarified that he would not let me use my trust for schooling anymore. He's claimed to have been paying for my schooling, but honestly after all this shit that's gone down between him and me I can't trust him anymore.

Afaik he's had his own trust since he was my age and was a shittier kid then I ever could be to my grandfather. Just for context, my grandfather told my mom that if she divorced my dad that he would take care of both of us for however long we needed. My dad has been unemployed going on 1 and a half years now. He doesn't work, so his only income is from his trust. I have no idea how much he started with, but he goes out to eat every other night and is at the casino four times a week, eating while he's there also which is a $100+ meal. I have my reason to believe he's been taking money out of my trust.

My uncle is the one who was put in charge of my trust. From what I was told, that's how Jewish trusts work, it's all kept in the family or some other garbage excuse. Before when I had tried contacting him for a new laptop for school, he told me I wasn't supposed to ask him about it and to go through my father. He then told my dad on me and I was bitched at for trying to access the trust.

He's also recently decided to stop paying for my car insurance. I never had the option to pay for it myself, he just stepped up after I got my car and put me on his policy for a discount on his own insurance. My insurance is $1200/six months and he choose the worst possible time in my life with all the other shit I'm having to pay for damn well knowing I wouldn't be able to afford it. I wouldn't have been able to afford this if I was working full time in any job I've ever had. Paying for the car insurance would be pointless because I wouldn't be able to afford gas to get to work to make more money for more gas.

Anybody with experience with "Jewish Trusts" please, any advice is welcomed. If I'm not able to get something from my trust to help me pay for all this, then my debt is going to kill me so I'm kind of stressed out over all this.
