I work at a huge bakery that makes all sorts of different brands' breads. The name brand bread and the generic store bought bread is literally the same recipe.

So I'm being trained and saw this today. It was a large name brand that rhymes with thunder bread. I had two lines that grabbed from the same white bread coming from the oven. The lines were being packaged and labeled to two different brands, one generic and one "Thonder" bread. Save the money and buy generic. There's absolutely zero difference in the ingredients and prep.
