I think they are the best platform right now to sell on, it's your product sold to 87 million paying Americans every day.

I think there are many parts of their business model that are out of hand that once major brands with extreme amounts of capital and legal resources start to distribute, amazon will need to change

What are problems involved with amazon?

They always default to blaming the vendor/merchant for every shipment problem, even when they and the customer are wrong they will still take money from the vendor/merchant account and give it back.

Thus... Shipping fraud is very ripe on amazon due to their retarded customer service policy.

This is fine when most of your merchants and venders aren't multi billion dollar enterprises who don't have the resources to document every misstep taken by amazon, but that will change if amazon gets sent massive cases eventually lawsuits for having zero dillogence of merchant indemnity.

What will amazon do when Samsung knocks on their door asking for billions in lost revenue?

They know customer service is important and they often do it at their psrtner's expense, but it's a fickle relationship.
