My lease is ending soon and I need to decide if I am going to stay or move. Unless they raise it by a lot I will probably stay, but I want to try to keep the amount as small as possible, or even lower it, if I can (obviously).
How should I go about it? I've only been here for a year, so I don't have a lot of tenant history with this place to go off of. But I have been a good tenant. Also, the apartment does have quite a few vacancies (I think because of the location, because the apartment is fine).
Any tips would be helpful.
