My cousin and I just completed painting the set of cornhole boards we built and they came out great ! We used several coats of Rustoleum Painters Touch 2x to paint the boards. Now all that is left is applying a decal and adding a clear coat/finish.We are giving it 24+ hours before we add the clear coat. We bought and were planning to use the Gloss Clear Coat Rustoleum Painters Touch spray (which is an acrylic lacquer), but after reading the reviews online of this product possibly damaging existing paint, I'm kind of hesitant now. I can't find too many people online with experience coating boards with a spray.So my question is would we be good using the above clear coat to seal our boards if they're completely dry?
