I was turning off the cold water to my washer and when I was tightening the thing it wouldn't quite come to a complete stop. I applied some pressure and then it started spinning without locking in either the closed or open position, and now is stuck closed (still being able to spin, just closed and won't reopen). Is this an easy or hard fix?
