A couple weeks ago, I made a post about how Wells Fargo had started a dispute without my permission, screwing up my amazon account. Well, I'm here to say that they've outdone themselves again.
I received an email from WF saying that my security is important to them. So important, in fact, that they've forwarded the dispute on file (remember, the one I NEVER asked for) over to their fraud team. Now they want to conduct a "thorough investigation into this matter" and they may even close my account without warning and issue me a new card.
This is unreal. Coming off of recent news that Wells Fargo is trying to cover up yet another scam, I've decided that not only am I abandoning this credit card, I'm never using any of their services ever again. What a disaster.
