I had to take apart a standing lamp today to replace the small cylindrical fuse. When taking it apart I noticed the green and yellow wire seems to be just sort of hanging there, and can touch the outside of the lamp metal.see hereIs this dangerous in any way? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2umO56G
