I wanted to post this on here since frugality isn't just about getting good deals but also maintaining what we bought.

So last November through the notification of this site, I bought a pair of black Pure Boost ZG for $65 directly from Adidas.com. My first pair of Boosts, I was excited to wear them and try to make them last as long as possible. I probably wore them 3 times a week as I rotate with other shoes.

Long story short, after about 6 months of use, I started to notice that along the 3 stripe design, the mesh was developing a hole on both sides. And upon research possible repair options, I reached out to Adidas about my concern thinking what could hurt. The phone rep was very pleasant and told me to fill out the online contact form on their website, attaching pictures of the issue (sorry, I can't seem to locate the pictures I submitted).

They sent me a RMA. Shipped it. And I just got a $75 gift card to use to replace my shoes ($65 for original price paid + $10 to help cover shipping of shoes). Here are the details of their policy.

Hoping that this helps anyone else in this situation. YMMV
