I'll keep this post short because it is basically just me wanting to vent how great I feel right now.
I was extremely short sighted in my youth and whilst at university took out multiple payday loans and credit cards to fulfil an affluent lifestyle I couldn't afford. This ended with me being in around 10k of debt and nothing to show for it.
Today after being in my current graduate job for around 8 months I finally payed off every last cent of debt and even have a few thousand tucked away in shares and a savings account.
I really can express how liberating it feels to be out of debt, and the feeling that each paycheck I get from now is actually my own.
