I invest in both Vanguard mutual funds and Vanguard ETFs with the same name and the daily returns are so different, why is that? For example, Vanguard small cap value ETF and Vanguard small cap value Admiral Shares mutual fund, and Vanguard Emerging Markets ETF and Vanguard Emerging Markets Admiral Shares mutual fund- the daily returns on the Vanguard website are very different for both.
