Stumbled upon this interesting article touching on value vs. growth - well in the author's words Correlation vs. Causation. In a nut shell the author makes the claim the PE Ratio is important but not as important as the price of the stock - he says that even if the PE Ratio is over 25 there are possibly still a few years left of stock growth. But many value investor will get out because of the soaring PE ratio. What do you all think?
