I am trading with Motif Cash account.
I Sold Stock A on June 6th and bought Stock B on unsettled funds. I want to sell Stock B tomorrow. My friend told me I can deposit the amount that I used to purchase Stock B into my account and that will allow me to sell. I was wondering if this is correct advice. Are unsettled funds something you cannot do anything about, or will having the unsettled fund amount in your account make it OK?
