Moving a solid 7 miles from our apartment to our new house. Budget is about $60 with the appliance dolly, Uhaul is about $45 with the dolly.
People seem to hate Uhaul, but the thing I like is their 17' trucks have a lower loading height, making it significantly easier to load/unload than the Budget truck. And given 7 miles, I'm not worried about breaking down.
Assuming I do like every rental car and do a walk-around before and take photos of damages, do I really have to worry about Uhaul? I'd rather not throw away $15 for shits and gigs
