Recently I have been thinking about taking an axe and a multitool into the Australian bush, (by this I mean southern Tasmanian) and building myself a settlement out where I couldn't be heard or seen
I would be approximately one hour from the nearest hospital and would receive cellular.
I currently have a medium tarp ready as a temporary shelter while the main mud hut (inspired by primitive technology's hut). I could set snares for small game and use regular bic lighters to keep a flame
Does anyone have any advice for me before becoming a bush hermit? Is this a terrible idea? Am I missing any supplies? Are there any dangers or obvious Health hazards I am missing?
