This may not be news to y'all but I called Centurylink today after a representative stopped by my home to see how our service was, after they upgraded and repaired some things in our area. Typically I would've been annoyed by this but the guy seemed nice enough and told me to give Centurylink a call and ask for the loyalty dept. Did that, was on hold for quite a while, but was offered our same service at $30/month. Not sure what that sorcery is but I am thrilled to be saving $480/year.
