To start off I make little money and just getting into the whole rooming thing.. I met these 2 guys from an ad who posted a little room for rent for $400/mo, utilities included, no security deposit, no lease or contract. I'm moving in tomorrow. He says he'll give me a discount of $300 from the 10th of June to the 30th and restart the $400 for the upcoming month. Well I did the math and that $300 should actually be $267. Should I let this go or nip it in the bud asap? Please, anyone, share their honest opinion.
