I have owned the same pair of men's dress shoes for the past ten years, and they have finally given up the ghost. I am a pilot, and wear these shoes sometimes 14 hours in a row, so they need to be durable, and above all comfortable. I stand out on the tarmac a lot, so the sole needs to be able to withstand that. They do not have to be strictly formal, business casual is fine. My current and favorite pair I can't remember where I bought them, but they say "Vera Gomma" on the bottom and say "J.
