long time lurker in this sub, and with many of you unknowingly giving me advice, I've raised my credit score from 480 or so to 680. mostly from removing old and bad information and paying off one account in collections. I probably never would have had the kick in the butt I needed if it wasn't for this sub. just wanted to share my "success" story. thanks for everything PF!
