This happened last month in May. I deposited two checks into the ATM, the checks got stuck. I spoke to a representative at the bank and they went behind the machine to look for the stuck checks. This took about 90 minutes and at the end the representative said he couldn't find the two checks. The representative filed a dispute on my account for the sum of the two checks. This was "provisional credit." I go to this bank every week (Friday) to deposit my check and when I'm there I occasionally ask the representative if he found the checks. He says no. It's been a month now and they haven't found the two lost checks. As of two days ago, they reversed the "provisional credit" taking the sum of the two checks out of my bank account. Now im out $1,000 and I feel helpless.
