I saw this coming, and the thought of making payment and paying more expensive insurance turns me off.. but everyone keeps trying to convince me that investing in a newer one is a much better idea.

But I just can't help shake my intuition that repairing a shitty car is better than making payments on a newer one.

I'm not sure what to do.

Repairs done so far:

-Wheel bearing & spindle (one wheel) -Flange to repair oil leak.

(Sorry if that doesn't make much sense, I'm not mechanically inclined with this shit)

And what's coming up is replacing all the struts, some other part I can't remember, and aligning it.
