I work for a popular theme park. I'm required to walk through the park off the clock to my location (I'm expected to help guests and pick up trash on the way).

I'm not allowed to clock for my breaks in a break room. I have to do it at the area I work which is often the opposite side from the employee entrance of a large park. When I go on my unpaid lunch breaks I'm stopped by guests with questions and directions. Also when I clock out to go home is at my location so again I'd be walking through with the assumption I'm committing to these tasks as I do so. Is this even legal?
