How should I program my thermostat to save money during the summer without coming home to a house that's 90 degrees?

Hey everyone, it's pretty hot where I live and I'm wondering if you guys have any tips on how I should schedule my thermostat in the summer. It does have a warming and cooling system and I can set morning, day, night, and sleep times.
