I'm not sure if this was the best location to post this, but here it goes!Over the past week I have been installing a mosaic tile backsplash in my kitchen. Well tonight when I went to apply the grout, I ran into an issue. On the tile that I am using there are pieces that are textured, and inturn the grout has dried in the pitted areas that are textured. The issue that am having his trying to remove it. This is the first time that I have ever grouted anything, let alone installing a backsplash. I've looked online with how to remove the grout from the textured areas, but it doesn't seem like any of the suggestions would work. So my question is; Has anyone ever experienced this before when grouting a backsplash? The pieces of the mosaic that aren't textured are easy to removing the excess, but the textured ones are most difficult. Any suggestions on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated!
